How our CSA works:

We will now be offering our handcrafted mix that carries our most nutritious and tastiest microgreens. This blend is so versatile that you can add it to a salad, in a smoothie as a topper on your meals or even just to snack on alone!!  This mix can be delivered to your doorstep at no delivery cost, bi-weekly or monthly for $25 per delivery!

This nutrition mix will consist of:

-Broccoli

-Arugula

- Pea Shoots

-Sunflower Shoots

-Radish confetti Mix

-Alfalfa

-Chinese cabbage

-Beets

This 8oz container mix is composed of our most nutrient dense varieties! This blend carries vitamins such as Vitamin, B, B3, B6, C, A, K ,E, Folate, magnesium, iron, potassium, phosphorus, calcium, zinc and many more! This mix will contain antioxidant rich components like a high concentration of polyphenols causing help to reduce Alzheimer's disease risk. The benefits of consuming this blend are so numerous like,  anti cancer, skin beneficial, immune system and gut bacteria healthy and much more! These little powerful greens carry 4- 40 more nutrients than their full grown counterparts!! No need to get your microgreens at the store or have to wait till next farmers market season when they can be delivered fresh to your door!!
